Return any undamaged product within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, for any reason.

Non-Quality Related Returns: For returns not due to quality issues, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our California warehouse. Please keep your return receipt.

Quality-Related Returns: If there is a quality issue, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you.

Pre-orders: The 30-day return period for pre-orders begins on the day your order is delivered.

Please note: We do not charge any return processing fees.

After we receive and inspect your return (a process that takes up to 3 business days), we will issue your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be sent to your original payment method, or as otherwise agreed.
