• Orders over $50 ship for free.
• Orders under $50 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.

All orders ship from our warehouse in California. We work with multiple shipping carriers to provide you with the most reliable and efficient delivery method.

We do our best to ship your entire order together. However, depending on product size and availability, some items may ship separately via different carriers. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive a separate email notification for each one.

Once your order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.If you need to make changes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

• Cancellation requests made more than 2 hours after ordering may be subject to return shipping fees.
• Homichef is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Orders lost for this reason will not be refunded or replaced.
